Please be advised that this particular bundle is exclusively applicable for meeting the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) compliance requirements of the year 2023. Commencing January 1, 2024, the State of New Jersey has reinstated the mandate of acquiring 12 online credits alongside 12 live credits. The five (5) required Ethics/Professionalism credits, including the two (2) hours of diversity, inclusion, and elimination of bias credits. Our online courses are available on-demand and can be viewed anytime at your own pace.
*In response to the growing public health crisis worldwide and New Jersey, the New Jersey Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have recommended social distancing to try to minimize exposure to and transmission of the COVID-19 coronavirus. It is, therefore, for good cause shown, ORDERED that effective immediately and until further order of the Court, the live classroom instruction requirement is relaxed. Until further notice, all twenty-four credit hours for the compliance period may be fulfilled through approved courses offered in alternative verifiable learning formats.

New Jersey CLE Requirement: 24 credit hours every two years
- 19 General hours
- At least 5 Ethics/Professionalism hours, including 2 hours of Diversity, Inclusion, and Elimination of Bias.
New Jersey CLE Deadline: December 31
- Compliance Group 1: Attorneys born in January through June report in even-numbered years.
- Compliance Group 2: Attorneys born in July through December report in odd-numbered years.
