Persuasive Visual Evidence

About This Course
Lawyers have been communicating for hundreds of years using only words, written and spoken. But today we live in a world of television, computers, and information technology. And actually, jurors today expect to be educated and convinced with visual proof. Practicing attorneys who create and present persuasive visual evidence have a distinct advantage. While the production tools are easily accessible and can be more powerful and accurate than words alone, the technology sometimes backfires.
This course teaches techniques and strategies, across many practice areas, for putting stronger truth in the proof, while avoiding adverse interpretations.
