From Clutter to Clarity: Mastering Motion Practice
About This Course
Many attorneys find themselves or their clients prone to going beyond the call of a particular motion and unsure of what to do about these issues or how to stop them before they start. Paul S. Haberman, Esq., a seasoned motion practitioner will provide attendees with best practices and helpful drafting tips to curb such tendencies, as well as help attorneys endeavor to declutter their motion practice going forward to help make sure they are as focused and on-message as they can be.
This course will include the four major motions and their elements. Participants will learn about the “Super-Objectives” of motions and what to avoid in motions. This program will also cover ways to keep motions focused on the essential elements even when other issues are present.
Attorneys from any level of practice, and those especially involved in motion practice and want to hone their skills, declutter the process, and deliver highly focused messaging are encouraged to attend this program.
