This program will provide attorneys with a foundational understanding of the legal landscape surrounding the healthcare industry. The healthcare industry is highly regulated, and healthcare law is a particularly dynamic field. There are several distinctions between healthcare law and most other areas of law, warranting a particular focus on the healthcare field.

Attorneys will learn the fundamental aspects of being an in-house counsel on the provider side, as well as the core laws and rules regulating the healthcare industry. The program will focus on how healthcare law differs from other areas of law, including the unique role of counsel in healthcare. Attorneys will also learn skills applicable specifically to practicing healthcare law, how AI is changing the healthcare legal landscape and the significant regulatory variations within different healthcare industries.

This program will analyze the foundations of healthcare law and delve into advanced topics and rapidly changing legal rules, benefiting attorneys at all levels of experience.
