Icon About This Course

In this live and interactive teleconference, Mr. O'Donnell will cover three major areas of a deposition for a personal injury case: how to prepare your client for a deposition, how to protect your client during the examination before trial, and how to conduct a defendant's xamination before trial. The focus of this course will be on personal injury automotive cases, and Mr. O'Donnell will address the different steps attorneys should take into consideration while preparing themselves and their clients. Included in this course are detailed explanations about general rules for examination before trials, why they are important, and how to justify those rules. Mr. O'Donnell uses real-life scenarios and hypotheticals to provide an understanding and comprehension of this important part of the pre-trial process.
