About This Course
In this course, Mr. O'Donnell addresses the various tools you can use to present your personal injury case at trial. He will also discuss the rise of summary jury trials and their distinctive characteristics. He begins this course by talking about motions in limine and the steps for how to make such motions. Mr. O'Donnell explains thoroughly the two different kinds of summary jury trials and how they are unique. Moreover, Mr. O'Donnell provides information about how doctors can be useful during summary jury trials. He continues to talk about the plaintiff's direct and defendant's cross. Mr. O'Donnell concludes this course by talking about the fundamental factors that can make or break your case.
