This program gives a thorough overview of how to handle workers’ compensation claims in New York State. Through this course, attendees will learn the history, complexity, and forms of compensation law, as well as the process of filing a claim from intake through settlement. This course will also discuss in detail hearings, appeals, and settlements, and what to do for each.
