Appealing to the Jury in Plaintiff’s Motor Vehicle Accident Cases

About This Course
This seminar explores how attorneys can effectively appeal to juries, a critical skill that continues to evolve across courtroom strategies. The course is designed to deepen attorneys' understanding of both the psychological and strategic techniques that shape persuasive jury presentations.
Mr. O’Donnell will examine methods for building strong connections between the plaintiff and the jury, with a particular focus on “reptile tactics,” a controversial approach that appeals to jurors’ primal instincts, particularly fear. The course will cover how these tactics are used in practice, relevant legislative considerations, and strategies for countering their use in the courtroom.
This course is appropriate for attorneys at all levels of experience who practice personal injury or tort law, as well as for any attorney interested in enhancing their effectiveness before a jury.
