The importance of aviation law and litigation often goes unnoticed or unrecognized, even inside the legal world. Yet aviation law is vital in many parts of daily life, both locally and internationally. Join experienced aviation attorney Dayan Hochman-Vigil on a tour through the basic laws, regulations, hot issues, and prospects of aviation law.

Attendees will learn the basics of the legal concepts that form aviation law and the importance of those concepts and aviation in daily life. The course will also discuss aviation regulations, the organizations in charge of regulation, and a rundown on aviation litigation.
