The ability to solve problems is useful in everyday life, and even more so in the workplace. Being able to understand and solve clients’ problems as efficiently and effectively as possible will both save time and create happier clients. This program will define and analyze the basics of problem-solving, give a framework for successful problem-solving, and teach helpful, collaborative and creative strategies, tactics, and techniques for problem-solving. It will also give ways to understand and intake new matters.
