Legal Ethics and Ethical Professionalism

About This Course
*The program is accessible via Zoom or Telephone.
This seminar focuses on what is often perceived as the "amorphous" standards of "professionalism." There's no such thing as "unethical professionalism," but there is such a thing as "ethical" conduct that is lacking "professionalism." This seminar explores the differences between the two. Mr. Wrenn focuses on the Rules of Professional Conduct for interactive analysis and discussion of legal, ethical, professional, and constitutional principles as the bases of judicial policy governing law practice and lawyers' conduct.
