About The Lecturer
Gillian has significant experience representing clients purchasing and selling properties across the United States, including industrial facilities, shopping centers, multifamily rentals, hotels, and self-storage facilities. She also performs due diligence reviews and analyses for clients, including title and survey reviews, regularly negotiates various transaction agreements, and manages transactions through closing.
Gillian’s expertise also includes real estate finance matters, representing both borrowers and lenders in a wide array of commercial transactions.
Recently, Gillian designed and taught a CLE on the anatomy of a “New York Style” escrow closing.
During her free time, she loves to ski and travel to far-flung places.
