This Course
Attorneys regularly experience stress in their day-to-day work. This is only increased by added pressures when closing a deal, going to trial, or meeting filing deadlines. How attorneys manage stress and well-being impacts energy, availability, cognition, and focus. This stress affects all aspects of law practice, from case management to the attorney-client relationship, law practice management, and even malpractice or compliance issues.
