In this informative course, veteran family law attorney, Ms. Maddox, will begin by identifying the differences between divorce and annulment and explaining the process of filing a divorce petition. Next, she will determine what facts and allegations set the groundwork for a sufficient divorce complaint; and discuss settlement negotiations, including real property, personal property, child support agreement, and extracurricular activities.
