Building a Foundation in Family Law: Strategies for Early-Career Attorneys

Family law is a highly complex and particular area of the law. This CLE is designed to provide insight and considerations for attorneys who are new to this area. Whether you are a new attorney or an attorney new to the area of family law, this program will benefit your journey into the nuances of this practice area.

The components of this program will target issues new practitioners may encounter, not only in areas of law unique to domestic relations but also relative to administrative, client relations, procedural, technological, and other areas that will be important in building a new practice.

This program is relevant for those who have just started in family law or who may be considering a transitory path into this crucial area of law; however, much of the information may also be of relevance for seasoned practitioners who want to fine-tune their practice. While the concepts will be introductory, they will provide a good “check” for those already practicing family law.
