This bundle will satisfy your required Ethics and Elimination of Bias credits online through our on-demand courses. The required three (3) hours of ethics/professional responsibility and two (2) hours of elimination of bias credits are included in this relevant and seamless bundle for Minnesota!

*Approved on-demand courses viewed and reported before Jan. 1, 2024, are subject to a 30-credit limit per 3-year reporting period. If the approved on-demand course was viewed and reported after January 1, 2024, and is to satisfy reporting requirements for reporting years 2024 and later, there is no credit cap

  • Category 1: July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2024; July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2027

  • Category 3: July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2023; July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2026

Minnesota CLE Requirement: 45 credit hours every 3 years

  • General: Maximum of 39 Credits
  • Ethics or Professional Responsibility: Minimum of 3 Credits
  • Elimination of Bias: Minimum of 2 Credits
  • Mental Health and Substance Use in the Legal Profession and the Practice of Law: Minimum of 1 Credit *

* As of January 1, 2024, the live requirement has been removed.

* Effective July 1, 2024, each Minnesota lawyer must report no fewer than 1 hour of approved courses in mental health and substance use in the legal profession and in the practice of law
