About This Bundle

Our Minnesota Live Bundle allows you to complete 15 Live credits for your MN CLE. Presented by experienced faculty, our teleconferences cover a variety of relevant course topics and make for an interactive and engaging way for attorneys to meet their CLE credit requirements.

Our teleconferences are approved for Live credit in Minnesota and are offered daily.
 

Minnesota CLE Requirement: 45 credit hours every 3 years

  • General: Maximum of 39 Credits
  • Ethics or Professional Responsibility: Minimum of 3 Credits
  • Elimination of Bias: Minimum of 2 Credits
  • Mental Health and Substance Use in the Legal Profession and the Practice of Law: Minimum of 1 Credit *


* As of January 1, 2024, the live requirement has been removed.

* Effective July 1, 2024,
each Minnesota lawyer must report no fewer than 1 hour of approved courses in mental health and substance use in the legal profession and in the practice of law

Legal's Tech Competency Era: Updates to ABA and State Professional Rules for Tech Competency

As nearly all states have adopted tech competency requirements for licensed attorneys, attorneys should attend this program to learn about their ethical obligations regarding technology and law practice. The webinar will also help practitioners stay up-to-date with the most recent guidance issued by the American Bar Association (“ABA”) and state authorities concerning cloud computing, cyber security, and generative AI.
