*IMPORTANT UPDATES*
From the State Bar of New Mexico:

  • There is a new Equity in Justice credit requirement. The Rule and the commentary is here. Starting from the 2024 compliance season, attorneys are required to have 9 General, 1 EIJ, and 2 Ethics credits. Excess EIJ credits will roll over to General
  • There is no longer a cap on self-study credits. Attorneys can earn all of their credits via self-study options, such as TRTCLE's online courses
