Our 12-credit North Carolina Online Compliance Bundle allows you to satisfy your CLE requirement through our online, on-demand courses.

*As of January 1, 2020 attorneys may take all of their CLE hours online. All of your Professional Responsibility (Ethics), Substance Abuse, and Technology credits are included!

Our courses are relevant and informative, taught by experts in their field, and will make your CLE experience seamless and enjoyable! Our online courses are available on demand and can be viewed anytime at your own pace.

North Carolina CLE Deadline: February 28

North Carolina CLE Requirement: 24 credit hours every 2 years*

  • 18 hours General maximum
  • At least 4 hours of Ethics/Professionalism
  • At least 1 hour of Technology
  • At least 1 hour of Professional Well-Being

*IMPORTANT CHANGES*

  • For 2024 only, attorneys admitted in odd-numbered years will have a one-year compliance period with a 12-hour CLE requirement (from 3/1/2024 to 2/28/2025). Attorneys admitted in even-numbered years will start their compliance under the new two-year cycle with a 24-hour CLE requirement (from 3/1/2024 to 2/28/2026)
  • A minimum of 4 hours of Ethics are required under the 24-hour CLE requirement. The new 1 Professional Well-Being hour replaces the previous 1 Mental Health/Substance Abuse hour
  • The compliance deadline date has been changed to February 28th
