About The Lecturer
Brittany Larcart is a plaintiff-side personal injury litigation attorney at The Dennis Law Firm whose practice focuses on the strategic development and prosecution of injury cases through litigation. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Valdosta State University and brings a science-based analytical framework to her litigation practice.
Before entering the legal profession, Brittany worked in and managed a quality control laboratory, where she applied the scientific method to investigate products that tested out of conformity; she now applies that same disciplined methodology to personal injury cases by developing facts, testing liability theories, and building proof through discovery, depositions, and motion practice. Her experience includes handling motor vehicle collision matters, commercial and trucking cases, complex discovery, and case-value development through damages and liability evidence.
She has successfully argued responses to motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment filed by opposing parties, and her work emphasizes early case framing, practical litigation systems, and the strategic decisions that position cases for stronger settlement outcomes and trial readiness.
