About The Lecturer
Vickie Molenda is the founder of and Chief IP Strategist at Immescherable Consulting LLC. She utilizes over two decades of experience to provide the skills for attorneys to become successful patent prosecutors and the knowledge for businesses to maximize business value with IP strategy.
Vickie began her career as a research scientist at NIH after completing her undergraduate work in medical technology at the University of Delaware. She went on to earn her law degree from the American University Washington College of Law, where she focused her studies in IP.
As a patent attorney, Vickie managed biopharmaceutical patent portfolios for a variety of clients while working at large law firms before supporting product development and collaborations as in-house counsel at Fortune 500 companies.
Vickie started Immescherable Consulting to share what she wished someone had told her from day 1 as a first generation attorney entering a career as a patent attorney at a large law firm and the essential methods she has learned from her two decades of experience in innovation for businesses to execute an IP strategy that harnesses the full value of their IP and effectively engages IP counsel.
