About The Lecturer
Raj Shah is the Global Director of Public Sector Compliance at McKinsey & Company. He is responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for McKinsey's Global Ethics and Compliance Program for the public sector and leads a global team of compliance professionals who guide McKinsey's 10,000 colleagues on leading with integrity when engaging with public sector clients.
Raj is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) and has served on the State Bar of Georgia Ethics & Professionalism Committee and on the Chief Justice’s Commission on Professionalism. He is a frequent speaker on professionalism and civility and has worked in both private practice and in-house settings across risk, legal and compliance focused on infusing integrity into the workplace.
He is a “triple dawg” graduate earning his bachelors, masters and law degree from the University of Georgia.
