About The Lecturer
Ileana Rivera is a seasoned immigration attorney, CEO, and Lead Instructor at Law Ally US. Licensed since 2013, she has dedicated her career exclusively to immigration law, founding and managing her own successful immigration law firm while representing thousands of clients across the United States. With over 12 years of experience, she understands how overwhelming immigration practice can feel, especially without guidance, which inspired her to establish Law Ally US in 2024. Through this platform, she delivers practical, self-paced training designed to give legal professionals the tools, confidence, and clarity needed to navigate complex immigration cases.
Ileana holds a Juris Doctor from Interamerican University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico. Before becoming an attorney, she spent two decades in private and government management, gaining valuable organizational and leadership skills. She is an active member of the Puerto Rico Bar, the U.S. District Court, and the United States Court of Appeals. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Ileana is passionate about making immigration law accessible and equipping professionals with real-world insights to expand their practice.
