About The Lecturer
Sanket S. Shah, Esq. is a seasoned compliance, risk, and governance professional with extensive experience in the financial industry. Since 2017, he has held key roles at TD Bank and JPMorgan Chase, where he has worked directly with regulatory agencies to evaluate and strengthen banks’ internal controls under heightened regulatory scrutiny. His work has ensured financial institutions remain prepared for evolving oversight and compliance requirements.
In addition to his industry experience, Sanket is a Professor of Law and Project Management since 2020. He teaches Corporations Law to aspiring attorneys at Purdue University Global Law School and instructs Business Law and Management courses at Westshore Community College and the University of Arizona Forbes School of Business MBA program.
Sanket holds a B.A. from Montclair State University, a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, and an M.S. in Management from Thomas Edison State University. He is currently pursuing an M.S. in Finance at the University of the Cumberlands. He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Florida.
