About The Lecturer

Tiffany Rex, Esq. is a trademark and copyright attorney experienced in foreign and domestic prosecution, client counseling, IP enforcement, licensing, and has done moderate work with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Ms. Rex currently serves as the Director of Brand Development for the Brand Institute, where she advises and counsels clients on their existing trademark portfolio and possibilities, and assessments of new proposed trade-names. Ms. Rex has previously served as a trademark and copyright attorney for Bienstock & Michael, P.C. and a Law Clerk for the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs, as well as the Luzerne County District Attorney. Ms. Rex graduated with Dean's List Honors and Highest Honors from Siena College. She received her JD from New York Law School, where she was on the President's List. During law school, Ms. Rex was on the Moot Court Team and received the Moot Court Team Award and placed as the 9th Best Oralist during the Moot Court Pepperdine Law School Intellectual Property Competition.
