About The Lecturer
Adam Chodos, Esq., CPA is the managing member of Chodos & Associates, LLC, a boutique private client law firm and the CEO of CTA Advisors, LLC, a corporate transparency act consulting firm. The law practice focuses on advising successful families and businesses on asset protection, advanced estate planning, business planning and succession, taxation, and wealth consulting. The CTA firm consults on CTA application and provides filing, recordkeeping, and legal support.
Previously, Mr. Chodos focused on asset protection and taxation at the New York headquarters of Brown and Wood, LLP (n.k.a Sidley Austin Brown & Wood) and with Ernst & Young, LLP consulting department. Mr. Chodos acts as special counsel for a variety of professional firms and is a frequent speaker and author for professional and business organizations on wealth preservation issues. He holds a Certified Public Accountancy Certificate. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in economics, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and a law degree, high honors, from Duke University.
