About The Lecturer
Jim Eischen has thirty-five years of experience practicing law, and for the last thirteen years has developed a national reputation as a healthcare business planning and regulatory compliance expert. He chairs the San Diego County Bar Association/SDCBA Law & Medicine Section, and serves on the SDCBA attorney wellness and leadership academy committees.
Jim is a well-respected national conference speaker, educator, and legal analyst. He frequently lectures on private direct cash healthcare compliance for healthcare professional conferences and handles practice formation and compliance projects throughout the US for a wide variety of providers business enterprises (ex. Atrium, University of Miami Healthcare). In 2018, he re-wrote the private direct medicine compliance chapter of the California Medical Association/CMA physician legal handbook, updating that chapter in 2020 and 2022.
