David Kessler is a partner in Norton Rose Fulbright’s New York Office and the Global Head of Information Governance and E-Discovery, and the U.S. Head of Privacy. David focuses his practice on privacy, information governance, cybersecurity, and e-discovery, particularly on international and cross-border matters. He represents clients across numerous industries, including pharmaceuticals, insurance, manufacturing, technology, retail, healthcare, energy, and banks. David is a member of the American Law Institute, a Certified International Privacy Professional (EU), and a former adjunct professor at the University of Pennsylvania Carey School of Law.
