This program offers a practical overview of approaching and preparing for an arbitration hearing, from devising an overall strategy to marshaling evidence and preparing for cross-examination.

Attorneys attending this program will learn what to do when preparing for an arbitration hearing. The program will cover strategies for appeal to arbitrators, how to deal with opposing counsel, and how and when to assemble hearing materials. This course will also include a sub-section on cross-examination. A brief problem for attendees to prepare a mock cross-examination of a fact witness to practice their skills will be explored.

The program is designed for attorneys beginning their careers with little experience, but any attorney can benefit from attending.
