This Course
This course will address the case of New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, Inc., et al. v. Kevin P. Bruen, et al. and its application to the states including common legal issues and challenges when 2nd Amendment clients need relief post-Bruen. The skills taught here do translate to other forums and types of law.
Legal practitioners of all experience levels who wish to deepen their translatable skills practice should attend this unique and stimulating course.
