Federal Court may seem daunting, but this course provides attorneys with the skills necessary to understand its procedures and uniquities. Attorneys attending this course learn about making discovery motions in Federal Court, discuss several Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and their implications with Discovery Motions, and how to project what a court might do. Through analyzing federal case studies, attorneys familiarize themselves with the nuances of Federal Court.
