Attorneys who represent cannabis clients that are involved in cannabis policy, advocacy, and business development should attend this program. Attorneys will learn to identify the threshold considerations in preparing to form and operate a cannabis business.
This course will cover legal considerations for a cannabis business from start-up to wind up and everything in between, starting with jurisdiction selection and ending with exit strategies.
