This course will address common legal issues and challenges when equine clients need emergency relief for their valuable and unique animals. The skills taught here do translate to other forums and other types of law such as drafting a legal complaint, verification of the complaint using an affidavit of the Plaintiff, filing a preliminary injunction, satisfying irreparable harm and damages in litigation, and evaluating the likelihood of success.
