This program provides an overview of the critical stages, legal considerations, and best practices for handling residential real estate transactions in New Jersey. The course will examine each stage of the transaction process, detailing the attorney’s duties and key actions required at each step. Additionally, the program will address common challenges encountered in these transactions and outline practical strategies for attorneys to navigate them. Ethical considerations, including potential conflicts of interest, will also be discussed, along with guidance on identifying and addressing scams and fraud.
This program is specifically designed for attorneys practicing or interested in real estate law, with particular emphasis on New Jersey law.
