This course will provide an overview of asset protection planning and its significance for legal practitioners. Attendees will explore the “Nuts and Bolts” regarding how these structures look and work. Finally, ethical and legal considerations involved in asset protection will be discussed.
This course is designed for attorneys with little to some experience in estate planning that would like more information on the legal frameworks for asset protection.
