In this course, Mr. Resko goes through different types and structures of legal business partnerships and companies for New Jersey attorneys. The course provides an explanation on how the entities are formed, how taxes are paid, and what their key features are.

Mr. Resko goes on to define different types of corporations, how they are formed, and their key features.
