Pre-trial Procedure includes all aspects of trial practice that occur before trial, this course will address pre-litigation, discovery, depositions, and preparation of a Plaintiff’s personal injury action in the major types of premises cases. Mr. O'Donnell will begin this course by explaining the different aspects to consider when deciding on presenting a case. He will discuss how to negotiate and establish that Defendants had “notice” in order to overcome summary judgment. Mr. O'Donnell concludes this course by going over the summary judgment opposition tactics. Mr. O'Donnell is an expert in these types of cases and he will not only provide an understanding of important information and procedures, he will provide a thorough analysis of real-life scenarios.
