The Art of Pre-Trial Motion Practice - New Jersey

Pre-trial Procedure includes all aspects of trial practice that occur before trial, this course will address pre-litigation, discovery, depositions, and preparation of a Plaintiff’s personal injury action in the major types of premises cases. Mr. O'Donnell will begin this course by explaining the different aspects to consider when deciding on presenting a case. He will discuss how to negotiate and establish that Defendants had “notice” in order to overcome summary judgment. Mr. O'Donnell concludes this course by going over the summary judgment opposition tactics.
