Mr. Resko begins this course by defining the purpose of a will and the formal requirements. He discusses the key aspects to drafting an effective will, including but not limited to a last will and testament, witness affidavit, estate planning worksheet, health care proxy, and power of attorney. Furthermore, Mr. Resko explains estate planning and asset protection planning concepts. He delves into tax-driven planning and probate avoidance vs. transactional costs. Lastly, Mr. Resko examines how to focus on the process and not the product and how every client's circumstances are unique.
