In this course, New Jersey attorneys will gain a complete understanding of their role in an asset acquisition transaction and the risks. Mr. Resko talks about representing the buyer in a transaction; he discusses the relationship between the buyer and the seller, identifying assets and liabilities, and the valuation of included assets.
Mr. Resko also discussess representing the seller in a transaction and how to prepare the deal, the payment terms, and how to negotiate the contract for New Jersey attorneys.
