Ethics Violations and Disciplinary Actions
About This Course
When should lawyers be subject to discipline? What are the determining factors that lead to this decision? Should leadership in a discriminatory club inevitably call for discipline or when is it appropriate to draw a line separating personal from professional conduct? Applying MR 8.2 and 8.4, where might such a line best be applied? In this relevant and interesting course, Mr. O'Donnell examines ways forfeiture in lieu of using the proverbial carrot/stick approach might be more appropriate while making these decisions.
