Consequential Ethics Violations

In this course, Mr. O'Donnell discusses Atticus Finch, the fictional character, nearly every lawyer's role model; and what ethical rules he violated. He also talks about the Model Rules, including candor towards the tribunal, truthfulness in statements to others, and reporting professional misconduct. He explains the Model Code of Professional Responsibility through the preservation of the confidences and secrets of a client.
