It can be daunting to prepare for what comes in the latter stages of running a firm. Attorneys who are entering the twilight stages of their practice as a solo firm or small firm owner should attend this session to explore the options available to them, including the sale of their law firm.
Attendees will learn not only the options available to them to transition out of their firm, but also start to explore expectations of valuations and sales prices based on the practices they’ve built.
This course is suitable for attorneys interested in either selling or purchasing law firms who want an introduction into how to plan for their practice.
