Florida CLE Requirement: 33 credits every three years. 

  • 25 Hours General
  • At least 5 hours in Legal Ethics, Professionalism, Substance Abuse, or Mental Illness Awareness, or Bias Elimination
  • At least 1 of the 5 Legal Ethics hours must be in Professionalism
  • At least 3 hours in Technology
