Looking to satisfy your New York Newly Admitted CLE requirement? We’ve got you covered.

Bridge the Gap Compliance Day is now fully compliant with the 2026 rules for newly admitted attorneys in New York.

• Attend the full day in person, and you will satisfy the entire “skills” requirement for your first-year or second-year obligations: 6.0 Skills credits in the required live format.

• You’ll also earn 3.0 Ethics credits and 7.0 Law Practice Management / Areas of Professional Practice credits, fully satisfying your 16 transitional CLE credits required in that year.

• Plus, we include your Cybersecurity, Privacy, & Data Protection credit (if needed) as part of the bundle.

What this means:

• The temporary online/synchronous webinar or teleconference formats for Skills do not satisfy the Skills requirement after December 31, 2025. Under current rules, Skills credits must be earned in a traditional live classroom setting.

• Ethics / Professionalism credits and Law Practice Management / Areas of Professional Practice credits have more flexibility in format under the rules.
