**The temporary changes to the CLE program format restrictions applicable to Skills credits for newly admitted attorneys, made in response to the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic, expired on June 30, 2025. However, credits earned through this format are permitted through December 31, 2025.

Skills credits completed by newly admitted attorneys through formats with simultaneous transmission with synchronous interactivity (webconference, teleconference, and videoconference, through group or individual participation, where questions are allowed during the program) may be earned by, and will be accepted through, December 31, 2025. Skills credits completed after December 31, 2025, must be earned in either the traditional live classroom setting or through fully interactive videoconferences (with group participation only).
