Winning DUI Trials: Strategic Approaches with DRE Testimony

This program explores DUI cases, and is created for attorneys who handle such cases including both defense attorneys and prosecutors, as well as legal professionals involved in cases where drug impairment is a factor. This course aims to provide attendees with arguments and strategies for DUI trials involving DRE testimony.

This program will cover strategies attorneys can utilize for cross-examining Drug Recognition Experts (DRE), identifying weaknesses in their testimony, and understanding how to present DRE evidence in a way that supports the attorney’s case. Additionally, the program will offer insights into how DREs are qualified as experts and the potential legal challenges to their testimony. By mastering the nuances of DRE protocols and testimony, attorneys can remain competitive in defending or prosecuting DUI cases.

Attorneys new to DUI trials or those looking to expand their knowledge of drug recognition protocols and expert testimony would benefit from the program as well.
