Examination skills are fundamental to litigation, and understanding how examinations work, including in a preliminary injunction hearing, will help attorneys become more effective litigators. Attorneys should attend this program to learn the basics of direct and cross-examination for lay and expert witnesses and how those principles can be applied in a preliminary injunction hearing.
