About The Lecturer
Casey Vaughn is an experienced construction attorney who represents contractors, owners, developers, and design professionals in a variety of disputes and construction related matters. His experience includes representing an international airport authority in preparing and negotiating contract documents for capital improvement projects with an estimated value in excess of $500 million; negotiating contract documents for multiple design-build highway projects with project values in excess of $300 million; representing owners, contractors, and subcontractors in a variety of multiple-party construction disputes involving construction defect claims and delay and disruption claims; defending an engineering, procurement and construction joint venture against allegations of fraud and breach of fiduciary duty in a multi-billion dollar dispute arising out of one of the largest construction projects in North America.
