About The Lecturer
Siobhan Kinealy is a skilled Tax, Trusts & Estates attorney at Omni Legacy Law, part of Omni 360 Advisors—a New Jersey-based tax, accountancy, wealth, and legal firm—where she leads the estate planning practice.
Originally from Ireland and raised in Liverpool, Siobhan’s career spans both sides of the Atlantic and across corporate sectors. She holds a BA in History and an LLB in Law from the UK, a JD from Rutgers–Newark, and is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Taxation at Villanova School of Law.
Siobhan previously founded and ran her own solo practice, building a multi-jurisdictional estate planning firm that leveraged technology, automation, and remote work; all without support staff or a permanent office.
An active member of the Irish American community, Siobhan was named to the Irish Echo’s 40 Under 40 in 2022. She has also been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in both 2023 and 2024 for her professional excellence and impact.
