Effective January 1st, 2024, the New Jersey Supreme Court Board on Continuing Legal Education published Amendments to the Regulations of the Board on Continuing Legal Education Approved by the Supreme Court:
- The Order - Continuing Legal Education - Temporary Elimination of Live Classroom Instruction Requirement Because of COVID-19 Coronavirus Concerns expires on January 1, 2024, resuming the 12 credit live instruction requirement.
- Live instruction is further defined to include instruction through live classroom instruction and simultaneously broadcasting through an alternative verifiable learning format where the off-site attendees can interact with the instructor during the presentation of the course, and a defined period or format is allocated for questions, comments, or group discussion.
